My name is Darrell Guilford. I have over 25 years of experience as a senior paralegal in legal research and preparation civil and criminal documents. I work under the guidance and support of some of the best attorneys in the State of Florida. I have prepared motions and assisted hundreds of clients getting new trials, and their sentences overturned and reduced. My experience and knowledge cover both State and Federal judicial systems. I possess an in-depth knowledge in the field of post-conviction relief. I have investigated and assisted hundreds of post-conviction cases for inmates in the Florida Department of Corrections. The Florida Supreme Court has accepted my suggestions and made rule changes to the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure 3.850, which is the primary motion filed in State Court for postconviction relief.
